RECOMMENDATION(S)
Recommendation
Acting as the governing body of the San Bernardino County Fire Protection District, approve Amendment No. 1 to Revenue Agreement No. 20-655 with Corporate E-Waste Solutions for electronic waste disposition services at established rates, extending the term for a two-year period, for a total contract term of September 14, 2020, through June 30, 2027.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
Approval of Amendment No. 1 (Amendment) will not result in the use of Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost) as this is a revenue contract.
In accordance with Revenue Agreement No. 20-655 (Agreement), Corporate E-Waste Solutions (CEWS) will reimburse and charge San Bernardino County Fire Protection District (SBCFPD) for the provision of electronic waste (E-Waste) disposition services at the rates displayed in the following table:
