RECOMMENDATION(S)
Recommendation
1. Find that the 2025 San Bernardino County Probation Department Ontario Reign Game fundraising activity assists in meeting the social needs of County citizens.
2. Find that the 2025 San Bernardino County Probation Department Ontario Reign Game fundraising activity will be conducted in cooperation with the San Bernardino County Probation Department Peer Support Program, a nonprofit charitable organization.
3. Authorize County officials and employees to solicit funds and provide administrative support during work hours, when necessary, and utilize County resources in support of the 2025 San Bernardino County Probation Department Ontario Reign Game fundraising activity.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
This item will not result in the use of additional Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). County resources used in support of the 2025 San Bernardino County Probation Department (Department) Ontario Reign Game (2025 Ontario Reign Game) fundraising activity will consist of minimal staff time to administer, create and send solicitations and notifications, upon approval of the event, and are estimated at $500. Personnel working in support of the 2025 Ontario Reign Game will work on a volunteer basis. Adequate appropriation and revenue have been included in the Department's 2025-26 budget.
