RECOMMENDATION(S)
Recommendation
1. Acting as the governing body of the San Bernardino County Flood Control District, approve Memorandum of Understanding with San Bernardino County, through its Department of Agriculture/Weights & Measures, for a total amount not to exceed $5,000,000, $1,000,000 per fiscal year, for herbicide control services from the retroactive date of July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2026, with an option to extend one five-year period.
2. Acting as the governing body of the San Bernardino County, through its Department of Agriculture/Weights & Measures, approve Memorandum of Understanding with San Bernardino County Flood Control District for a total amount not to exceed $5,000,000, $1,000,000 per fiscal year, for herbicide control services from the retroactive date of July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2026, with an option to extend one five-year period.
