Recommendation
Adopt Resolution to repeal and replace Resolution 2020-179, adopted on October 6, 2020, thereby changing the auction date for County-owned surplus property (a portion of APN 0239-031-55) from October 15, 2020 to November 12, 2020.

There is no financial impact as a result of repealing and replacing Resolution 2020-179.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Resolution 2020-179, adopted on October 6, 2020, declared the intent to sell County-owned real property and authorized the sale of County-owned real property on October 15, 2020. The October 15, 2020 auction date was also referenced in Agenda Item No. 31. The auction date was stated in error and the correct auction date is November 12, 2020 at 10:00a.m. The recommendation before the Board of Supervisors today will repeal Resolution 2020-179 and replace it with the new Resolution, setting the correct auction date and time.
