BACKGROUND INFORMATION
The ordinance amending section 12.2303 of the San Bernardino County Code relating to the duties of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors was introduced on February 10, 2026, Item No. 47. The recommendation before the Board of Supervisors today is to adopt the ordinance on the Consent Calendar.
