RECOMMENDATION(S)
Recommendation
1. Accept Allocation Agreement (State Agreement No. 26-STI20) from the California Department of Public Health, Sexually Transmitted Diseases Control Branch for the Sexually Transmitted Infection Prevention and Collaboration Program, in the amount of $4,730,405, for a five-year period of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2031.
2. Authorize the Chair of the Board of Supervisors, Chief Executive Officer, or the Director of the Department of Public Health to accept and execute any subsequent non-substantive amendments for the period of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2031, in relation to the allocation agreement, subject to review by County Counsel.
3. Direct the Director of the Department of Public Health to transmit all non-substantive amendments in relation to the allocation agreement, to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors within 30 days of execution.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
This item will not result in the use of Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). The grant in the amount of $4,730,405 from the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) does not require a local match. CDPH will reimburse DPH for eligible expenditures, in an amount not to exceed $946,081, by fiscal year.
