RECOMMENDATION(S)
Recommendation
Acting as the governing body of Bloomington Recreation and Park District:
1. Approve the Capital Improvement Program - Ayala Park Monument Project in the amount of $180,000.
2. Authorize the Auditor-Controller/Treasurer/Tax Collector to post budget adjustments as detailed in the Financial Impact section, for the Bloomington Recreation and Park District - Ayala Park Monument Project (Four votes required).

FINANCIAL IMPACT
Approval of this item will not result in the use of Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). This item seeks authorization for the use of $180,000 from the Bloomington Recreation and Park District (BRPD) available reserves to fund costs for the BRPD's - Ayala Park Monument Project (Project).

The following 2024-25 budget adjustments to the BRPD - Capital Improvement Program fund are being requested to proceed with the Project:
