Recommendation
Approve non-financial Indicia User Experience Upgrade Acknowledgement Letter with MCG Health, LLC to participate in the early deployment and adoption of the Indicia software suite new user experience in advance of other customers in exchange for the County's participation in marketing and promotional activities on behalf of MCG Health, LLC during the term of Contract No. 23-1215, which is currently from December 1, 2023 through November 30, 2028.

Approval of this item will not result in the use of Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost) as Indicia User Experience Upgrade Acknowledgement Letter (Agreement) with MCG Health, LLC (MCG) is non-financial in nature
BACKGROUND INFORMATION
The Agreement with MCG will allow Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) to have access to the MCG Indicia Upgrade (Upgrade) to one or more MCG software solutions currently in use prior to other MCG customers. In exchange for early access, ARMC will participate in marketing and promotional activities for MCG and provide feedback on the new user experience to MCG based on its participation in the use of the Upgrade.
ARMC recommends approval of the Agreement since it will allow ARMC to participate in early adoption of MCG's Upgrade.
