Recommendation
Approve the following appointments, reappointments and vacancies as detailed below:
Chair and Third District Supervisor Dawn Rowe
a. Approve the reappointment of Eileen Zorn to Seat 5 on the Inland Empire Health Plan for a 2-year term, commencing on 12/12/2026 and expiring 12/11/2028 (At Large).
b. Approve the reappointment of William Blankenship to Seat 5 on the Workforce Development Board for a 2-year term, commencing on 1/1/2027 and expiring 12/31/2028 (Third).
c. Declare and post vacancy, per Maddy Act, for the remaining 4-year term, expiring 1/8/2029, for Seat 2 held by Cindy Gardner on the Lake Arrowhead Dam Advisory Committee (CSA 70 D-1) (Third).
d. Declare and post vacancy, per Maddy Act, for the remaining 4-year term, expiring 1/8/2029, for Seat 5 held by Peter Venturini on the Lake Arrowhead Municipal Advisory Council (Third).
