RECOMMENDATION(S)
Recommendation
Approve and authorize the submission of the 2024 Non-Competing Continuation Progress Report to the United States Department of Health and Human Services, Health Resources and Services Administration in order to receive continued funding for the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Part A HIV Emergency Relief Grant Program, in the amount of $9,341,142, for the period of March 1, 2024 through February 28, 2025.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
This item does not impact Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). Funding in the amount of $9,341,142, which will be received following submission of the 2024 Non-Competing Continuation (NCC) Progress Report to the United States Department of Health and Human Services, Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) for the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Part A HIV Emergency Relief Grant (RW Part A) Program, does not require a local match. Adequate appropriation and revenue have been included in the Department of Public Health's (DPH) 2023-24 budget and will be included in the 2024-25 recommended budget.
