Acting as the governing body of the San Bernardino County Fire Protection District, approve Revenue Agreement with Henkels & McCoy, Inc. to provide on-site fire protection services during critical infrastructure repair being performed by Henkels & McCoy, Inc. on behalf of Southern California Edison in and around the Mt. Baldy area, at compensation rates as specified in the Agreement, for the period commencing August 25, 2020 through February 28, 2021.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
Approval of this agreement will not result in the use of additional Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). The actual cost for the San Bernardino County Fire Protection District (SBCFPD) to provide on-site fire protection services will be determined by amount of actual hours of coverage provided by SBCFPD. Revenue from this agreement will offset the costs incurred by SBCFPD.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Henkels & McCoy, Inc. (HM) is a subcontractor for Southern California Edison. HM will be doing critical infrastructure repair in the area of Mt. Baldy, estimated to occur for 30 non-consecutive days, Monday through Friday, 7:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. from the effective date of the agreement through November 27, 2020.
