RECOMMENDATION(S)
Recommendation
Approve Amendment No. 1 to Revenue Agreement 20-98 (State Revenue Agreement No. 18-0722-000-SA) with the California Department of Food and Agriculture, Plant Health and Pest Prevention Services/Pest Exclusion Division, to expand the Scope of Work to include registration and renewal issuance activities to be performed by the Department of Agriculture/Weights & Measures on behalf of the State and to increase the revenue agreement by $28,774, for a maximum reimbursement of $30,774, for the period of April 30, 2019 through June 30, 2020.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
This item will not result in the use of additional Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). The amended revenue agreement specifies a term from April 30, 2019 through June 30, 2020, and increases the revenue agreement by $28,774 for a revised maximum of $30,774. Appropriation and Revenue associated with this agreement is included in Agriculture/Weights & Measures (AWM) 2019-20 Budget. Services per the revenue agreement will be fulfilled by existing AWM staff.
