RECOMMENDATION(S)
Recommendation
1. Accept and approve grant award agreement (State Agreement No. AE-1920-12) from the California Department of Aging for the Aging and Disability Resource Connection Program to develop and implement the No Wrong Door System to assist older adults, people with disabilities, and caregivers in navigating long-term services and supports, in the amount of $559,514, for the period of March 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021.
2. Authorize the Auditor-Controller/Treasurer/Tax Collector to post the adjustments as indicated in the Financial Impact section below to the Department of Aging and Adult Services 2019-20 budget in the amount of $559,514, for the Aging and Disability Resource Connection Program grant award (Four votes required).

FINANCIAL IMPACT
This item does not require additional Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). The grant award from the California Department of Aging (CDA) for the Aging and Disability Resource Connection (ADRC) Program in the amount $559,514 is 100% state funded. The Department of Aging and Adult Services (DAAS) is requesting a budget adjustment to the 2019-20 budget for this funding. Adequate appropriation and revenue will be included in DAAS' 2020-21 recommended budget.
