RECOMMENDATION(S)
Recommendation
1. Approve Capital Improvement Program Project No. 25-151, in the amount of $4,183,616, for the Sheriff's Department Rosena Ranch Substation Project, located at the Northeast corner of Lytle Creek Road and Glen Helen Parkway in Fontana.
2. Approve appropriation and revenue adjustments to fund the Capital Improvement Program Project and authorize the Auditor-Controller/Treasurer/Tax Collector to post the necessary budget adjustments, as detailed in the Financial Impact section (Four votes required).

FINANCIAL IMPACT
Approval of this item will not result in the use of additional Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). Building Replacement Reserve funding in the amount of $4,183,616 will be used to fund this project. The following 2024-25 budget adjustments are necessary to establish the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Project No. 25-151 (Project) budget:
