RECOMMENDATION(S)
Recommendation
1. Approve Amendment No. 14 to Contract No. 07-262 with Tiburon, Inc. to include the following:
a. Update the Federal Tax ID number and the business name to Tritech Software Systems, a CentralSquare Company, due to the merger of Tiburon, Inc. and Tritech Software Systems on December 31, 2019.
b. Increase the contract amount by $501,093.60, from $4,984,336.97 to a not to exceed amount of $5,485,430.57, for proprietary maintenance of the Sheriff/Coroner/Public Administrator's Computer Aided Dispatch System, Records Management System, and Mobile Data System software, and extend the contract term for one additional year from March 24, 2020 through March 23, 2021.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
Approval of this item will not result in the use of additional Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). The increase of $501,093.60 for proprietary Computer Aided Dispatch System (CAD), Records Management System (RMS), and Mobile Data System (MDS) software maintenance will be funded within the Sheriff/Coroner/Public Administrator's (Department) existing budget allocation (4430001000) and will be included in future recommended budgets.
