Recommendation
Approve Amendment No. 1 to Revenue Agreement No. 19-238 with OneLegacy for reimbursement of organ, tissue, and eye procurement services, extending the term by one-year for a total contract term of July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2025.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
Approval of the item will not result in the use of Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). Under the terms of Revenue Agreement No. 19-238 (Revenue Agreement), OneLegacy will reimburse designated amounts for specific hospital services including donor evaluation and diagnostics, donor treatment, and nursing care. The reimbursement varies depending upon the services required and number of donors. Adequate appropriation and revenue have been included in the Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) 2023-24 budget and are included in the 2024-25 recommended budget.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Approval of Amendment No. 1 (Amendment) to the Revenue Agreement will allow ARMC to remain in compliance with state and federal requirements by continuing services with OneLegacy, the designated organ, tissue and eye procurement agency, in accordance with California Health and Safety Code Section 7150.5 et seq. or successor statutes, henceforth referred to as the Uniform Anatomical Gift Act, and federal law and regulations, including 42 C.F.R Section 482.45 et seq., also referred to as the "...
