Recommendation
Approve the following appointments, reappointments and vacancies as detailed below:
Chair and Third District Supervisor Dawn Rowe
a. Approve the appointment of David Fisher to Seat 5 on the Range Improvement Advisory Committee for the remaining 3-year term, expiring 4/13/2028 (At Large).
b. Approve the appointment of Victor Tordesillas to Seat 1 on the San Bernardino Countywide Oversight Board, serving until replaced (At Large).
c. Approve the appointment of Shelomith Holloway to Seat 1 on the San Bernardino County In-Home Supportive Services Advisory Committee for the remaining 2-year term, expiring 1/31/2028 (At Large).
d. Approve the appointment of Fernando Olivarez to Seat 12 on the San Bernardino County In-Home Supportive Services Advisory Committee for the remaining 1-year term, expiring 1/31/2027 (At Large).
e. Approve the reappointment of Troy Pennington to Seat 12 on the Emergency Medical Care Committee for the remaining 4-year term, expiring 1/31/2030 (At Large).
f. Declare and post vacancy per Maddy Act for the remaining 3-year term, expiring 9/3/2028, for Seat 6 held by Peter Hettinga on the Assessment Appeals Boards (At Large).
g. Approve the reappointment of Mark Stanson to Seat 2 on the Assessment Appeals Boards for a 3-year term, commencing on 9/7/2026 and expiring 9/2/2029 (Third District).
h. Declare and post temporary vacancy per Maddy Act for an undetermined portion of the remaining 4-year term, expiring 1/8/2029, for Seat 12 held by Judith Walsh on the Senior Affairs Commission (Third District).

i. Approve the appointment of Kedra Creer to Seat 1 on the Senior Affairs Commission for the remaining 4-year term, expiring 1/8/2029.
j. Approve the appointment of Courtney Frisbie to Seat 3 on the Oak Hills Municipal Advisory Council for the remaining 4-year term, expiring 1/8/2029.
k. Approve the appointment of Trevor Brown to Seat 5 on the Oak Hills Municipal Advisory Council for the remaining 4-year term, expiring 1/8/2029.
