Recommendation
Approve revenue agreement (State Agreement No. 24-0236-034-SF) with the California Department of Food and Agriculture for the provision of quarantine response and regulatory enforcement activities for the Asian Citrus Psyllid Bulk Citrus Regulatory Program, for a maximum reimbursement of $14,520.18, for the period of October 1, 2024 through September 30, 2025.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
This item will not result in the use of Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). The revenue agreement, for a maximum reimbursement of $14,520.18, is funded by the California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA, Citrus Pest and Disease Prevention (CPDP). Sufficient appropriation and revenue have been included in the Department of Agriculture / Weights & Measures (AWM) 2024-25 budget and will be included in the 2025-26 recommended budget.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION
This revenue agreement with CDFA will reimburse AWM for inspection and enforcement activities related to the Asian Citrus Psyllid Bulk Citrus Regulatory Program.
