RECOMMENDATION(S)
Recommendation
Approve Amendment No. 16 to Contract No. 07-262 with Tritech Software Systems, Inc., a CentralSquare Company, to extend the term by one year for a new contract period of March 24, 2008 through March 23, 2023 and increase the contract amount by $552,455.69, from $6,011,578.85 to a not to exceed amount of $6,564,034.54, for the provision of proprietary maintenance and support services of the Sheriff/Coroner/Public Administrator's Computer Aided Dispatch System, Records Management System, and Mobile Data System software.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
Approval of this item will not result in the use of additional Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). The increase of $552,455.69 for proprietary Computer Aided Dispatch System (CAD), Records Management System (RMS), and Mobile Data System (MDS) software maintenance and support services will be funded with the Sheriff/Coroner/Public Administrator's (Department) existing 2021-22 budget allocation (4430001000) and will be included in future recommended budgets.
