RECOMMENDATION(S)
Recommendation
Approve Revenue Interim Use Permit with Daniel Quiroga for the exclusive use of Cucamonga-Guasti Regional Park on July 12, 2025, to hold a Colombian Festival event, for a minimum total revenue in the amount of $25,927.28.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
Approval of this Item does not require the use of Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). Under the Revenue Interim Use Permit (Permit), Daniel Quiroga (Permittee) will pay the Regional Parks Department (Department) a total of $25,927.98, as detailed in the table below. All fees charged to the Permittee are consistent with the 2024-25 Board of Supervisors (Board) approved Fee Schedule.

The Permittee will also submit an $8,500 deposit to be used for any possible damage incurred to County property due to the Permittee's use of the Cucamonga-Guasti Regional Park (Park). The Permittee will be responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, licenses, and applicable approvals, as well as security and the required insurance for the Permittee's Colombian Festival event (Event). Adequate appropriation and revenue are included in the Department's 2024-25 budget.
