Recommendation
Approve Revenue Interim Use Permit with Seventh-Day Adventist Church for the use of a portion of Prado Regional Park, scheduled on April 14, 2024, for the SoCal Conference Pathfinder Fair event, for the total amount of $7,836.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
Approval of this Revenue Interim Use Permit (Permit) does not require the use of Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). Under this Permit, the Seventh-Day Adventist Church (Permittee) will pay the Regional Parks Department (Department) a total of $7,836 in fees for the use of a portion of Prado Regional Park (Park) for one day as listed in the table below:

The Permittee will also submit a $2,500 deposit to be used to pay for any damages incurred due to the Permittee's use of the Park during the SoCal Conference Pathfinder Fair (Event). The Permittee will be responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, licenses, and applicable approvals, as well as securing the required insurance and security for this Event.
