RECOMMENDATION(S)
Recommendation
1. Conduct a public hearing regarding the 2021 supervisorial redistricting process.
2. Review the following proposed supervisorial district maps and provide direction as to which map should be included in the ordinance:
a. Commission Map 2 Version 2
b. Public Submission Map 6
3. Approve the following recommendations related to the proposed ordinance to adjust current boundaries for supervisorial districts:
a. Consider proposed ordinance with the map selected in Recommendation number 2.
b. Make alterations, if necessary, to proposed ordinance.
c. Approve introduction of proposed ordinance.
* An Ordinance of San Bernardino County, State of California, to amend Section 12.0102 of Chapter 1 of Division 2 of Title 1 of the San Bernardino County Code, Relating to the Adjustment of Boundaries of the Supervisorial Districts.
d. SCHEDULE ORDINANCE FOR FINAL ADOPTION ON TUESDAY, DECEMBER 14, 2021 on the Consent Calendar.
