RECOMMENDATION(S)
Recommendation
Approve a contract between the Housing Authority of the County of San Bernardino and San Bernardino County Department of Aging and Adult Services for housing navigation services for the At Home Program in an amount not to exceed $109,692 for a period beginning September 1, 2019 through June 30, 2021 with the option to extend three additional one-year periods by mutual agreement of the parties.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
This item will not result in the use of Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). The San Bernardino County Department of Aging and Adult Services (DAAS) will allocate $109,692 to the Housing Authority of the County of San Bernardino (HACSB) for housing navigation services for the At Home Program (AHP) for a period beginning September 1, 2019 through June 30, 2021. The funding from this agreement will be included in the HACSB's current federal fiscal year 2019-2020 budget and will be included in future HACSB recommended federal fiscal year budgets, as pass-through funding to its non-profit affiliate Knowledge, Education, for Your Success, Inc. (KEYS).
