Approve the following appointments, reappointments and vacancies as detailed below:
First District Supervisor Robert A. Lovingood
a. Declare and post vacancy per Maddy Act for Seat 4 held by Lisa A. Reynolds on the Oak Hills Municipal Advisory Council, expiring 12/07/2020.
Second District Supervisor Janice Rutherford
b. Approve the reappointment of Ron Stark to Seat 5 (4-year term, commencing 1/1/2020) on the Equal Opportunity Commission, expiring 12/31/2023.
