CONTINUED FROM TUESDAY, MARCH 24, 2020, ITEM NO. 66:
Adopt ordinances relating to transferring the License Programs for Bingo, Massage Clinics, Adult Business Performers, and Adult Business Non-Performers from the Clerk of the Board to the Code Enforcement Division of the Land Use Services Department as introduced on March 10, 2020 (Item No. 73).

FINANCIAL IMPACT
Approval of the proposed ordinances, amending County Code, will not result in the use of Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). Adequate appropriation to complete this action has been included in the Land Use Services Department's (LUS), Code Enforcement Division's 2019-20 budget.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
The purpose of the proposed ordinances is to transfer licensing responsibility from the Clerk of the Board to the Code Enforcement Division pertaining to bingo games, massage clinics, and the performers and non-performers of adult businesses. Specifically, adoption of these ordinances will amend Chapters 17, 19, 28, and 29 of Division 1 of Title 4 of the County Code.
