RECOMMENDATION(S)
Recommendation
Acting as the governing body of the Bloomington Recreation and Park District, adopt ordinance, which was introduced on March 24, 2020, Item No. 72, relating to the repealing of Ordinance No. SD 19-04 and establishing various recreation and park activity fees for 2020-21.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
Approval of this item will not result in the use of Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). Fees for the Bloomington Recreation and Park District (District) are estimated to generate approximately $25,000 in revenue for 2020-21. The vast majority of the District’s costs for providing services is funded through property tax revenue.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION
The ordinance relating to the District’s 2020-21 recreation and park activity fees was introduced on March 24, 2020, Item No. 72. The recommendation before the Board of Directors today is to adopt the ordinance on the Consent Calendar.
