RECOMMENDATION(S)
Recommendation
1. Acting as the governing body of San Bernardino County, approve the Memorandum of Understanding between the County of San Bernardino, Real Estate Services Department and County Service Area 70 (Countywide) for County Service Area 70's operations, maintenance and management of the County-owned Glen Helen Water System in Devore and the Gilbert Street Complex Water System in San Bernardino for an amount not to exceed $2,422,948 for the period of July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2025.
2.
