RECOMMENDATION(S)
Recommendation
1. Acting as the governing body of the County of San Bernardino, approve Memorandum of Understanding with County Service Area 70 (Countywide) in which the County of San Bernardino shall compensate County Service Area 70 (Countywide) a total amount not to exceed $511,622.80 for providing operations, preventative maintenance, emergency response and support services for the County-owned water and wastewater systems located at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center from July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2025.
2. Acting as the governing body of County Service Area 70 (Countywide), approve Memorandum of Understanding with the County of San Bernardino in which the County of San Bernardino shall compensate County Service Area 70 (Countywide) a total amount not to exceed $511,622.80 for providing operations, preventative maintenance, emergency response and support services for the County-owned water and wastewater systems located at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center from July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2025.
