RECOMMENDATION(S)
Recommendation
1. Accept and approve grant award agreement (State Agreement No. 20-10751) from the California Department of Public Health for the "Integrated HIV Programs for Health Departments to Support Ending the HIV Epidemic in the United States" project, in the amount of $5,017,320, for the period of August 1, 2020 through July 31, 2025.
2. Designate the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors, the Chief Executive Officer, or the Director of the Department of Public Health to accept any subsequent non-substantive amendments in relation to this grant award agreement, on behalf of the County, subject to review by County Counsel.
3. Direct the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors, the Chief Executive Officer, or the Director of the Department of Public Health to transmit all non-substantive amendments in relation to this grant award agreement to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors within 30 days of execution.

The grant funding in the amount of $5,017,320 from the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) for the "Integrated HIV Programs for Health Departments to Support Ending the HIV Epidemic in the United States" project does not require a match.
