RECOMMENDATION(S)
Recommendation
Approve Amendment No. 1, effective June 22, 2021, to Revenue Contract No. 20-273 (State Revenue Agreement No. AE-1920-12) with the California Department of Aging for the Aging and Disability Resource Connection Program to develop and implement the No Wrong Door System to assist older adults, people with disabilities, and caregivers in navigating long-term services and supports, removing and replacing Exhibit A - Scope of Work, Exhibit B - Budget Detail, Payment Provisions and Closeout, and Exhibit D - Special Terms and Conditions; increasing the contract total by $481,070, from $559,514 to $1,040,584; and extending the contract term by one year, for the total contract period of March 1, 2020 through June 30, 2022.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
This item does not impact Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). The revenue contract from the California Department of Aging (CDA) for the Aging and Disability Resource Connection (ADRC) Program in the total amount of $1,040,584 is 100% state funded. Approval of the necessary budget adjustments to the Department of Aging and Adult Services' (DAAS) 2021-22 budget is not requested at this time, but will be included on a future quarterly countywide budget report presented to the Board of Supervisors for approval.
