RECOMMENDATION(S)
Recommendation
Approve State Revenue Agreement No. 20-0709-037-SF with the California Department of Food and Agriculture, Plant Health and Pest Prevention Services/Pest Exclusion Division for the Department of Agriculture/Weights & Measures to continue to provide quarantine response and regulatory enforcement activities under the Asian Citrus Psyllid Bulk Regulatory Program on behalf of the State from July 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022, for a total amount not to exceed $25,557.50.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
This item will not result in the use of additional Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). The revenue agreement specifies a term from July 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022, for a maximum reimbursement of $25,557.50. Sufficient appropriation and revenue have been included in the Department of Agriculture/Weights & Measures (AWM) 2021-22 budget, and will be included in the AWM 2022-23 recommended budget. Services per the revenue agreement will be fulfilled by the existing AWM staff.
