RECOMMENDATION(S)
Recommendation
Acting as the governing body of the San Bernardino County Fire Protection District, authorize the Purchasing Agent to approve an Information Technology contract with Accela, Inc., in the form of a Renewal Order Form, in the amount of $96,074.34, which includes non-standard terms for the following products: Envision Connect Remote Annual License, CERS EDT Annual License, Maintenance and Support, Envision and PACT Annual License and Support, for the period of July 9, 2021 through July 8, 2022.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
The $96,074.34 cost of this Information Technology (IT) contract will be funded by the San Bernardino County Fire Protection District (SBCFPD) without the need for additional Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). Sufficient appropriation for this contract is included in SBCFPD's 2021-22 budget and will be included in the 2022-23 recommended budget.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION
To aid in the mission of protecting the public it serves, SBCFPD uses multiple IT products to provide professional and modern fire protection and advanced life support services. The recommended IT contract plays a vital role in assisting SBCFPD with providing these services.
