RECOMMENDATION(S)
Recommendation
Acting as the governing body of the Inland Counties Emergency Medical Agency, approve revenue contract with the State of California, Emergency Medical Services Authority for providing data collection and maintenance of statewide Emergency Medical Services, Trauma, Stroke, ST-Elevation Myocardial Infraction and Emergency Medical Services for Children data, in the amount of $2,945,366, for the period of July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2024.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
Approval of this item will not result in the use of Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). This contract will allow the Inland Counties Emergency Medical Agency (ICEMA) to receive a total of $2,945,366 from the State of California Emergency Medical Services Authority (EMSA) for providing data collection and maintenance of statewide Emergency Medical Services (EMS), Trauma, Stroke, ST-Elevation Myocardial Infraction (STEMI) and EMS for Children (EMSC) data. Sufficient appropriation and revenue is included in ICEMA's 2021-22 Budget and will be included in future recommended budgets.
