RECOMMENDATION(S)
Recommendation
Acting as the governing body of the San Bernardino County, Board Governed County Service Areas, San Bernardino County Flood Control District, Big Bear Valley Recreation and Park District, Bloomington Recreation and Park District, In-Home Supportive Services Public Authority, Inland Counties Emergency Medical Agency, and the San Bernardino County Fire Protection District, in response to the local emergency within San Bernardino County resulting from the worldwide health threat related to the Novel Coronavirus or COVID-19, extend the authorization for the Chief Executive Officer, upon consultation with County Counsel, to approve contracts with non-standard language as identified in County Policy 11-05, Section B., through December 31, 2021, subject to ratification by the Board of Supervisors at the next available Board meeting.
