RECOMMENDATION(S)
Recommendation
1. Approve the revised standard agreement template for Substance Use Disorder Residential Recovery Treatment and Withdrawal Management Program Services, updating standard contract language, exercising the first of two one-year options to extend, in the aggregate amount of $10,000,000, for the period of January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022.
2. Authorize the Assistant Executive Officer of Department Operations, the Deputy Executive Officer of Human Services, or the Director of the Department of Behavioral Health to make any non-substantive changes, and execute the standard agreement template with the individual Substance Use Disorder Residential Recovery Treatment and Withdrawal Management Program Service providers, on behalf of the County, subject to review by County Counsel.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
This item does not impact Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). The revised standard agreement template for Substance Use Disorder Residential Recovery Treatment and Withdrawal Management (RT and WM) Program Services will be utilized to provide services effective January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022, in an aggregate amount of $10,000,000. These services are funded by Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment Block Grant, Drug Medi-Cal, California Work Opportunity and Responsibility to Kids, Memorandum of Understanding with Children and Family Services, 2011 Realignment, and Public Safety Re...
