RECOMMENDATION(S)
Recommendation
1. Approve Agreement with Mentor Worldwide LLC, including non-standard terms, for mammary products in the amount not-to-exceed $300,000 annually, for a total not to exceed $900,000 for the period of May 24, 2022 through May 23, 2025.
2. Authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute non-financial amendments for product additions or removals to the Agreement with Mentor Worldwide LLC, that do not change the total not to exceed amount of $900,000 or the contract period of May 24, 2022 through May 23, 2025, subject to review by County Counsel.
3. Direct the Director of Arrowhead Regional Medical Center to transmit all documents in relation to the execution of amendments to the Agreement with Mentor Worldwide LLC, to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors within 30 days of execution by all parties.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
Approval of this item will not result in the use of Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). The total not-to-exceed cost of $900,000, or $300,000 annually, is funded by State Medi-Cal, Federal Medicare, private insurances, and other departmental revenue. Funding sources may change in the future pending any legislative activity related to the repeal and/or replacement of the Affordable Care Act. Adequate appropriation and revenue have been included in the Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) 2021-22 budget and will be included in future recommended budgets.
