Recommendation
Acting as the governing body of the San Bernardino County Fire Protection District, approve proposed Side Letter Agreement between the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 12, representing employees in the General Fire Support Unit, and the San Bernardino County Fire Protection District, effective August 13, 2022.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
Approval of the proposed Side Letter Agreement (Agreement) will not result in the use of additional Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost) as the costs will be funded by revenue sources of the San Bernardino County Fire Protection District (SBCFPD). The Agreement's estimated costs, by fiscal year, are reflected in the following table:
