Use of Amphitheater Improvement Fund for Improvement Projects at Amphitheater in Glen Helen Regional Park

RECOMMENDATION(S)
Recommendation
1. Approve the use of the Amphitheater Improvement funds for the following projects at the Amphitheater in Glen Helen Regional Park:
a. Lighting Project in the amount of $100,000 to replace the current lighting fixtures with light-emitting diode LED lights.
b. Repair the Walk-In Freezer in Concession Stand A in the amount of $15,600.
2. Approve appropriation and revenue adjustment to fund the Capital Improvement Program projects and authorize the Auditor-Controller/Treasurer/Tax Collector to post the necessary budget adjustments, as detailed in the Financial Impact Section (Four votes required).

FINANCIAL IMPACT
Approval of this item will not result in the use of Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). Regional Parks Department (Department) will fund the improvement project for the lighting ($100,000) and walk-in freezer in Concession Stand A ($15,600) with the use of the fund balance from the Amphitheatre Improvements Fund (2732) at Glen Helen Regional Park in the total amount of $115,600. The appropriation and revenue adjustments recommended are as follows:
