RECOMMENDATION(S)
Recommendation
1. Approve Amendment No. 1 Contract No. 21-803 with Temp Unlimited, LLC to recognize a corporate name change and assign the contract to Randstad North America, Inc. dba Spherion Staffing, LLC, for the provision of temporary help services to the County, with no other changes to the contractual terms and conditions.
2. Approve Amendment No. 1 Contract No. 23-143 with Temp Unlimited, LLC to recognize a corporate name change and assign the contract to Randstad North America, Inc. dba Spherion Staffing, LLC, for the provision of temporary help services to the County, with no other changes to the contractual terms and conditions.

Approval of this item will not impact Discretionary County Funding (Net County Cost) as the recommended amendment is non-financial in nature.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION
On October 1, 2023, Randstad North America, Inc. dba Spherion Staffing, LLC (Randstad) purchased Temp Unlimited, LLC (Temp Unlimited). Randstad formally notified the County of the change on November 9, 2023 and submitted a new Federal Tax Identification Number to the Auditor-Controller/Treasurer/Tax Collector. The recommended Amendments No. 1 will transfer all contractual responsibilities under Contract No. 21-803 and Contract No. 23-143 from Temp Unlimited to Randstad .
PROCUREMENT
