Recommendation
Acting as the governing body of the San Bernardino County Flood Control District, adopt Ordinance to repeal Ordinance No. FCD 24-01 and to establish fees related to products and services for Fiscal Year 2025-26, which was introduced on March 25, 2025, Item No. 82.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
Approval of this item will not result in the use of Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). Fees for the San Bernardino County Flood Control District (District) are estimated to generate approximately $1.5 million in revenue for 2025-26. The ordinance will allow the District to establish a fee structure in order to recover costs associated with providing products and services to the public. Appropriation and revenue related to the fees will be included in the District's 2025-26 Recommended Budget.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION
The ordinance to repeal Ordinance No. FCD 24-01 and to establish fees related to products and services was introduced on March 25, 2025, Item No. 82. The recommendation before the Board of Supervisors is to adopt the ordinance on the Consent Calendar.
This ordinance will adopt the fees charged by the District for Fiscal Year 2025-26. The repeal of Ordinance No. FCD 24-01 and establishment of the 2025-26 fees to be charged by the District will be effective July 1, 2025.
