| 1 | Historical | 1.Ratify action taken by the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors/Director of Emergency Services on November 20, 2010, proclaiming the existence of a local emergency in San Bernardino County caused by the do not drink order issued by Golden State Water Company due to the levels of perchlorate above the maximum contamination levels set by the California State Department of Public Health, in and around the City of Barstow, which still exists. 2.Continue the local emergency proclamation, which still exists and continues to be an emergency, for an additional period in accordance with Government Code section 8630.
