RECOMMENDATION(S)
Recommendation
Acting as the governing body of Bloomington Recreation and Park District, authorize the Auditor-Controller/Treasurer/Tax Collector to post budget adjustments to increase appropriation in the amount of $11,340 as detailed in the financial impact section for final payment costs to install a monument sign at the Dave Jayne Equestrian Area in Bloomington (Four votes required).

FINANCIAL IMPACT
Approval of this item will not result in the use of Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost) as the one-time payment of $11,339.45 for the remaining costs to install a monument sign at the Dave Jayne Equestrian Arena will be funded by available reserves of the Bloomington Recreation and Park District. In 2019-20, the San Bernardino County Fifth Supervisorial District contributed $25,000, through its discretionary funding, to the Bloomington Recreation and Park District for the subject project. Use of $11,340 in available reserves represents the residual amount from that contribution.
