RECOMMENDATION(S)
Recommendation
1. Approve Capital Improvement Program Project No. 22-094 in the amount of $1,500,000 for the Probation's Division of Juvenile Justice Gateway Building Improvements Project to comply with Senate Bill 823, located at 900 E. Gilbert Street in San Bernardino.
2. Approve appropriation and revenue adjustments to fund Capital Improvement Program Project No. 22-094 and authorize the Auditor-Controller/Treasurer/Tax Collector to post the necessary budget adjustments, as detailed in the Financial Impact Section (Four votes required).

FINANCIAL IMPACT
Approval of this item will not result in the use of Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). The Probation's Division of Juvenile Justice Gateway Building Improvements Project (Project) cost of $1.5 million will be funded by one-time use of Probation's Youthful Offender Block Grant reserves. The following adjustments to the Probation's and Capital Improvement Program (CIP) 2021-22 budgets are requested:
