Rescind and Establish Truck Weight Limits on Bridges on Seven Oaks Road in the Barton Flats Area and on National Trails Highway in the Amboy and Essex Areas

RECOMMENDATION(S)
Recommendation
Adopt resolution that:
1. Rescinds that portion of Resolution No. 78-88, adopted by the Board of Supervisors on March 20, 1978, which established a load restriction on Seven Oaks Road, Santa Ana River bridge number 54C0401,
2. Rescinds that portion of Resolution No. 2004-050, adopted by the Board of Supervisors on March 23, 2004, which established a load restriction on National Trails Highway bridge number 54C0262 Trada Ditch and bridge number 54C0264 Ettrick Ditch,
3. Rescinds that portion of Resolution No. 2008-320, adopted by the Board of Supervisors on December 9, 2008, which established a load restriction on National Trails Highway bridge number 54C0313 Nicola Ditch,
4. Establishes new Weight Limits on County Bridges listed on Exhibit "A", in the Barton Flats areas pursuant to County Code section 52.0126(a),
5. Establishes new Weight Limits on County Bridges listed on Exhibit "B", in the Amboy and Essex areas pursuant to County Code section 52.0126(a), and
6. Directs the County Road Commissioner to perform such acts as are necessary to implement the terms of the Resolution.
