RECOMMENDATION(S)
Recommendation
1. Approve two non-financial Entry Permit and Site License for Telecommunications Cable agreements authorizing Southern California Edison Company to enter the County-owned property at 8303 Haven Avenue in Rancho Cucamonga (a portion of Assessor's Parcel Number [APN] 0208-353-04), and the County-owned property at 14455 Civic Drive in Victorville (APN 0396-181-03), for the period commencing with the execution of said Entry Permit and Site License for Telecommunications Cable agreements through January 28, 2029, to allow Southern California Edison Company access to existing fiber optic cables and telecommunication equipment for installation and on-going maintenance.
2. Authorize the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors to execute two Entry Permit and Site License for Telecommunications Cable agreements at no cost.
3. Authorize the Director of the Real Estate Services Department to execute any other documents necessary to complete this transaction.
