FINANCIAL IMPACT

Approval of this item will not result in the use of Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). There is no financial impact to receiving this list of real estate activity occurring at County Regional Parks. However, approved Interim Use Permits (Permits) do result in revenue that is utilized by the Regional Parks Department (Department) to help offset the use of Discretionary General Funding for park operations.
