RECOMMENDATION(S)
Recommendation
Acting as the governing body of the San Bernardino County Flood Control District:
1. Find that the Rialto Channel Crossing Improvements at Randall Avenue Project in the City of Rialto is exempt under the California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines, Title 14 of the California Code of Regulations Section 15301(c) Class 1 (existing facilities) and Section 15302(c) Class 2 (replacement or reconstruction).
2. Approve the Rialto Channel Crossing Improvements at Randall Avenue Project in the City of Rialto as defined in the Notice of Exemption and direct the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors to file and post the Notice of Exemption.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
Approval of this item will not result in the use of Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). The Rialto Channel Crossing Improvements at Randall Avenue Project in the City of Rialto (Project) is funded by property tax revenue. The recommended actions are administrative in nature and will have minimal financial impact. Sufficient appropriation and revenue have been included in the San Bernardino County Flood Control District 2022-23 budget (1920002522 F01669).
