Recommendation
Approve a five-year revenue License Agreement with Consolidated Fire Agencies for the period of July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2025 for communication racks and equipment spaces in the County-owned building at the High Desert Government Center in Hesperia for total revenue in the amount of $89,378.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
Approval of this item will not require Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). The total revenue to be received by the County during this five-year license agreement is $88,378, which includes a contract administration charge of $500. Other costs associated with this license include electrical utility costs, which are considered minimal. Revenue will be deposited in Rents budget (7810001000). Annual revenue effective July 1, 2020 is as follows:
