RECOMMENDATION(S)
Recommendation
Approve Amendment No. 1 to contracts with the following risk control services firms to extend the term for one additional year, for the new term of April 17, 2018 through April 16, 2022, and to increase the aggregate estimated cost by $75,000, from $350,000 to $425,000, with all other terms and conditions to remain the same.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
Approval of this item will not result in the use of additional Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost) as the amendments will be funded through various Department of Risk Management (DRM) self-insurance funds. Sufficient appropriation has been included in DRM's 2020-21 budget, and will be included in the 2021-22 recommended budget. Since April 17, 2018, a total of $224,505 has been spent on these contracts, and the estimated cost for these services from August 17, 2020 through April 16, 2022 is approximately $200,495.
