Recommendation
Approve Amendment No. 2 to Contract No. 17-892 with Siemens Industry, Inc. to increase the contract by $9,420 from $1,635,444 to $1,644,864 to provide maintenance and service to heating, ventilation and air conditioning control systems at two additional locations.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
Approval of Amendment No. 2 to Contract No. 17-892 will not require additional Discretionary General Funding (Net County Cost). This amendment increases the total contract amount by $9,420. Sufficient appropriation is included in the Real Estate Services Department - Facilities Management (FM) 2020-21 budget (Cost center 7302001000) and will be included in future recommended budgets.
